Hey guys! I’m Samyak and I recently graduated a little while back from Haileybury College! Although I had aspirations to be a cricketer as a child, those have officially been shattered now that I have chosen a different career pathway altogether, seeing how hopeless I was at cricket! So I’m studying medicine at Monash University but alongside that I’m also excited to be offering tutoring.

Just to tell you a bit more about my VCE journey, I attained an ATAR score of 99.95 and was the joint dux of Haileybury College in my graduating year! Year 12 can seem like quite a daunting experience but I thoroughly advise everyone to soak up every minute of it and make the most of the fond memories you will create with your close friends. But the academic side of VCE is one that you will need to inevitably confront and so I’m here to provide you with that guidance along the way! I can honestly say that there’s no correct way to approach any VCE subject or the experience altogether, however, it’s important that your fundamentals are sound in whichever subject you are undertaking as this is what trips students at the final hurdle!

In my spare time, I enjoy playing sport (yes still holding on to that cricketing dream) and also enjoy watching different sports (cricket, AFL, soccer) as well as playing the drums. I’ll be delighted to have you as a student in the year to come!
