A bit about me
Hi! My name is Helen, and I am currently studying a major in Criminology with a second major in Law and Society at the University of Western Australia, and have achieved a direct pathway to the Juris Doctor of Law.
For any student in high school, it can be really hard to juggle out-of-school activities and studies. For me, as the years continued, I began to realise the need to have such activities whilst studying. As such, I managed to attend dance classes and competitions, be a part of a cross-country running club, and have a week-end job whilst staying on top of my schoolwork. This led me to develop good time management skills and studying strategies. I believe that this is something that everyone can learn not only with time, but with the right person/mentor by their side.
My love for languages stem from the 6 years I spent living in Italy. I have experience in translating hotel websites and restaurant menus as well as teaching languages to young children aged 7-11. I am confident in helping students at any level who are having trouble with their Italian or French studies, or students who would like extra conversation practice.
