My name is Anthony and I can't wait to be your tutor :) I graduated high school in 2021 with an IB bilingual diploma of 43/45 (ATAR ~99.65) and am currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne. Outside of studying, I enjoy playing badminton, karaoke, travelling, and discovering good food with my friends. I began tutoring during COVID in 2020 and have been doing so on and off since. Hi, I'm Keira! I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne, and I graduated as the dux of my school with an ATAR of 99.80 and a study score of 50 in Chemistry. My mission is to help you find as much enjoyment and interest in the subjects as I did in high school! Personally, I believe that we should never learn FOR exams. That's why as a tutor, I focus on helping you understand why different concepts are important and how each concept is related to one another, sometimes by going a little bit beyond the curriculum, in order to develop an interconnected and holistic understanding of each topic. Actively seeking out the different relationships and connections between concepts is also what I believe makes subjects like Chemistry and Maths so fun and interesting! At the same time, exams are undoubtedly important, which is why each lesson will also be tailored to your needs, targeting the gaps in your knowledge and the things that you might find challenging. Hi! My name is Cara Siren and I graduated in 2021 from Clayfield College in Brisbane! As Dux and Academic Captain of my school, learning and teaching has always been a significant part of my life. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedicine and hope to progress into the Doctor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne- I am majoring in biomedical engineering systems in my undergraduate degree. Throughout the entirety of secondary school, I thoroughly enjoyed studying STEM subjects but I also loved reading and writing in my spare time. I was also part of debating, peer tutoring, titration and two choirs. I have two and a half years of tutoring experience in science, mathematics and English.
