Hi! My name is Andy and I am currently a Bachelor of Design student majoring in Architecture at the University of Melbourne. I am passionate about teaching, and I would love to share my knowledge and experiences I’ve gained throughout high school. I understand how hard and frustrating it is to maintain marks and achieve scores, but I am here to help you along this journey! I’ve been through it all, the disappointing results, unforgiving parents and constant pressure. In high school I was the DUX of visual communication design, and it was by far my favourite subject I did. As a result, I decided to pursue architecture. Obviously as a design student, I am quite passionate about design. But otherwise, I have played tennis my whole life, leading me to become a tennis coach. I have worked with many different students and as such I have developed a unique teaching style which I ensure will make lessons engaging and fulfilling. Between my time playing tennis and going to university, you can find me binging TV shows, going to the gym or asleep :) I would love to have a chat!

Hi! My name is Teresa Nguyen and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne. I LOVE mathematics and it has always been my favourite subject at school. In Year 11 I completed Further Maths 3/4 scoring a raw 50, alongside a raw 50 in Legal studies with a premiers award in the same year whilst working 2 jobs. Education has always been something I am passionate and excel in and I would love to spread my skills and love for maths and learning with others! Apart from my academic achievements, I have worked as children's party host for over a year, which takes a LOT of energy and patience with children. This is extremely helpful in tutoring, helping me be an amazing tutor who can interact and engage with students, whilst helping them excel in mathematics with a personalised tutoring plan. My life isn't all about studying though, my hobbies are watching movies, playing games and playing with my adorable pug puppy :). I strongly believe that the most important part of excelling in maths is to understand the concepts, rather than studying all day everyday and so as a tutor, my main goal is to help students really UNDERSTAND the mathematics.

Hi there! I'm Tanya and I'm obsessed with all things Maths and Science. I am currently studying a Master of Business (Sports Management) at Deakin University and gradtuated with Bachelor of Science distinction grade with a major in mathematical modelling and a minor in genetics and genomics at the end of 2022. Through out year 12 while I worked hard I also dedicated time to other hobbies to make sure I did not burn out so I could still spend my time running around on a netball court. I also learned the importance of setting up a good platform at the start of VCE to make sure I understood concepts rather than reiterating them for an assessment and having to relearn them for exam period.
