As a year 11 student doing ATAR, I was looking for a tutor that could help me with French. KIS Academics was incredibly helpful and fast at finding me a wace french tutor who could assist me with my studies. My tutor Eliza Carey over the past few months has helped me so much not only in French but in biology and maths as well. I’m incredibly grateful for the effort and commitment she has put into helping me be more comfortable and less stressed about the subjects I was having difficulty with. It’s been nothing but an honour to be tutored by Eliza and I strongly recommend her as a tutor
“I got the top mark for my SAC which was really nice, and I think that’s all because of my tutor”

“It's been absolutely fantastic and it's just been a very positive environment for learning”

Hey, I’m Reuben. I graduated from Wesley College in 2021 and although, for the most part, high school was definitely not easy (or fun), I can honestly say that some of my best memories are from my time at school. I’m a strong believer that if you’re enjoying what you’re doing, whether that’s academics, sport, or anything else in life, it is so much easier to improve and reach your full potential. I’m currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Curtin Uni and have a passion for motorsport, with the ultimate goal of working in Formula One. During my time at school, I took part in a number of co-curricular activities including F1 in schools (a global STEM competition) where I placed third in the world in 2021, the WA Electric Vehicles challenge, as well as competing in the first’s tennis and the interschool Athletics teams. Throughout high school I was able to effectively manage these extra-curricular activities on top of my regular studies, eventually receiving an ATAR of 97.5 and placing in the top five students in WA for Engineering Studies ATAR. The experiences I have gained through my time at high school have equipped me well to be an effective tutor for you/your child and I believe I can offer invaluable academic support, as well as providing useful advice about how to best manage your time and any co-curricular activities to help you get the most out of high school and to make it as enjoyable as it can be.
Hey, I'm Annabelle! I work at a small independent bookshop. I spend my free time baking cakes, hanging out with friends and cuddling my cat, Sparky. I am currently enjoying my gap year but will be resuming my double degree in mechatronic engineering and computer science next year at Curtin university. I have wanted to be an engineer since I was 9 years old and have worked tirelessly towards this goal throughout my years at school. I used to put my studies before all else and frankly worked way harder than I needed to. I aim to help you achieve your academic goals without having to do the same. I graduated with a 97.85 ATAR studying math's methods and specialist, physics, chemistry and English. My best and favourite subject has always been math's, ever since I was little. I love tutoring and figured it is a great way to use and share the knowledge I worked so hard to gain in high school. I have tutored in math previously and have also participated in volunteer tutoring programs. This has helped me gain experience tutoring across a variety of different age groups and subjects.
