Hey there! My name is Serena. I graduated as the Music Captain and have obtained numerous subject awards throughout high school, including being the inaugural winner of the Dr Susan Stevens Principal Award in year 12. Throughout primary school and high school, I have always accelerated in subjects such as Music, Maths and Science subjects which inspired me to pick the subjects that I completed: Music Performance, Math Methods, Specialist Maths, Psychology, Chemistry and English. I aim to teach you using my experience and study skills obtained in high school. I have also been teaching music instruments, music theories, and subjects since I was in year 9. I am currently a biomedical science student at Monash. When I get a break, I love to practice my instruments and play with my dogs. I've got two toy poodles! Hello, I'm Adam and I'd really like to be your tutor. I believe in optimising learning to ensure all studying is high-yield and efficient, that way you can minimise the time spent at your desk. I graduated from John Paul College in 2021 and received an ATAR of 99.7 with raw scores in the mid to high 90s for Math Methods, Specialist Maths, Physics and Chemistry. In year 12 I also received the Math Methods prize for getting the highest result in my cohort. Having achieved these results, I know what study techniques are most effective for STEM subjects and it’s my mission to teach them to as many students as possible. At the start of 2022, I moved to Melbourne to study a double degree in Engineering and Maths at Monash University. In my spare time I like to go mountain biking or go bowling with my friends.
