Hi, my name is Ethan Wang and I graduated from Perth Modern School in 2022 with an ATAR of 99.70. I have a passion for helping others and I would love to see my students achieve maximum results. I strongly believe that everyone has the aptitude to achieve great results if they work hard enough. I hope to see students be able to solve the more difficult questions and develop their skills in the subjects through doing lots of practice questions. I can also act as someone's mentor and guide them through their personal difficult hardships and mental health issues. The ATAR subjects I tutor are Maths Methods, Maths Specialist and Chemistry. However, feel free to ask me questions about ATAR Physics and I'll try my best to help. I can teach on zoom but I strongly believe that in person tutoring is a much more effective use of time. I can also provide you with past papers from Perth Modern School, Christ Church Grammar School and various other schools for the subjects Maths Methods, Maths Specialist, Physics and Chemistry. Hi! I'm Maddison, and I'm familiar with the stress that comes with completing your WACE. I want to alleviate some of the anxiety surrounding your final years at high school by ensuring complete comprehension of the syllabus, memorisation techniques, and exam preparedness. By instilling a firm grasp of content and strategies for answering exam questions, we can make sure you ace your WACE! Living over an hour away from my high school and completing 6 ATAR subjects and extracurricular activities, I had to find ways to manage stress, understand the content, and prepare for tests efficiently. I can offer you some of the tips and tricks I've come up with, as well as some things I've learned about studying at university! I'm currently studying a Doctor of Medicine at UWA. Hey there! I'm Alex. I'm currently studying a Masters degree in Professional Engineering (Chemical) at the University of Western Australia. Outside of my studies, I love trying new foods and playing sports. I've played netball for about 10 years and currently play rugby union. I'm a big All Blacks fan! I am really passionate about learning, self-development and all the weird and wonderful fields of Science. This has guided me to achieve significant academic awards, starting with the ATAR Dux of my high school with top student awards in Chemistry, Physics, Human Biology and English. School teacher's simpy don't have enough time to check in on every student properly. In high school I often hadn't even understood one topic properly and the teacher was already launching into the next. As a tutor I take the time to understand how each of my students learn, so I can offer the best learning experience possible. I'm interested in your academic goals and interests, and can adapt my lessons to revisit those concepts you didn't quite understand in class. I also always maximise tutoring time by answering questions and helping you really understand each step of a problem solving process.
