Hi there! My name is Sam and I'm very passionate about maths, technology and programming, which is why I chose to study a Bachelor of Computer Science (Advanced) at Adelaide Uni! I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy(Honours) at the University of Adelaide. In high school, I had my fair share of ups and downs and maths was a subject that I found myself to succeed in the most. I graduated year 11 with the successful completion of both Stage 2 Maths Methods and Maths Specialist. I accelerated in Maths in Year 8 which made me be able to do two fewer Year 12 subjects in year 12. At my school, I received three academic achievement awards in Biology, Math Methods, and Research Project. Maths was not natural to me, and a lot of the time I found myself self-teaching content as most of the time as my teachers were not able to direct all their attention to only teaching me. This is where the benefit of tutoring comes in!
