Hi, I'm Tianna! I finished my VCE as the Dux of my high school, receiving an ATAR of 99.70 and achieving a 46 raw study score in Mathematical Methods. For me, navigating the challenges of high school was quite tough, but I developed skills and strategies that allowed me to achieve results I was proud of, and I'd love to help you do the same. When it comes to tutoring, I believe that it is really important to recognise that everyone learns and revises differently, and has different strengths and weaknesses. As a tutor, I am passionate about working with each student's unique learning profile, and helping them identify and improve on subject areas or aspects of learning they find challenging. My approach involves making lessons engaging and informative, supporting my students with developing skills to excel in assessment tasks and ace unexpected challenges and problems. I also prioritise creating a comfortable and encouraging environment, ensuring my students feel empowered to ask questions, take risks and fully immerse themselves in their learning. Currently, I am studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Commerce at Monash University. In my spare time, I enjoy singing and playing my French Horn, going on walks in the park with my dog, and unwinding with some reality TV.
