Hi my name is Yichen, I graduated from Melbourne High School with an atar of 99.45. At KIS, I am a tutor for maths ranging from the lower years of high school all the way up to VCE. Currently I am studying a Bachelor of Science at The University of Melbourne.
I achieved raw scores of 45 math methods, 44 Biology, 43 English, 40 Specialist maths and 40 Chemistry.
Coming from a recently graduated high school student, I know the ins and outs of several subjects, with multiple high yield tips to look out for. As your tutor I am looking forward to seeing your academic growth as we work through the year, practicing sac and exam questions. I hope to give guidance to your academic journey as you trek your way through High School. As daunting as it may seem with workload increasing as you approach Year 12, I guarantee that I will go up and beyond to equip you with useful study habits and methods that will last forever. My passion in education goes past just teaching you how to pass an exam, I will ultimately help you become consistent A+ students provided you put commitment towards my mentorship.
