William
Hello!! I'm Will. I graduated high school with an ATAR of 98.15, had 9 units of Band 6, yet still found the time to make my year 12 not a living hell! More than anyone, I know when It comes to studying, balance is key.
Since then, I backpacked for 10 months, a trip that took me from The Alps in Europe to the Sahara in Morocco, and am now currently studying a Bachelor of Economics and Advanced Studies (Philosophy) at the University of Sydney. Throughout year 12, I focused on making my study time as productive as possible, that way I didn't need to give up the things that I enjoyed like surfing and spending time at the beach in order to achieve academic success.
My aim is to help my students succeed in their studies by teaching them the importance of _efficient study _- streamlining revision by cutting out the unnecessary fluff and focusing solely on the important information. By studying smart, not hard, a method commonly overlooked in the classroom I hope to share the tips and tricks I used to navigate school as stress-free and confident as possible. As a tutor, there is nothing more valuable than witnessing that moment where it all 'clicks' for the student when they achieve that sort after amazing grade
Thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about me and I look forward to assisting you on your academic journey!
