I know firsthand how much of a difference the right tutor can make. I was lucky to have teachers and tutors who genuinely cared, and that’s exactly the kind of support I try to pass on. I was School Captain at Balwyn High School, coached hockey for three years, and have spent nine years training in karate. I'm now studying a Bachelors of Commerce at UniMelb. All of these experiences have taught me how to lead with patience, empathy, and encouragement, especially when something feels hard!
My approach to tutoring is simple. When students like you feel understood and supported, learning clicks. I focus on breaking content down into clear, manageable steps and linking it to things you can actually relate to, so it feels less overwhelming and more achievable. As you start to see progress, your confidence grows and motivation follows!!
Outside of tutoring, I love cooking, which has taught me that even the most complicated things become doable when you take things step by step. My goal is for every student to leave sessions feeling calmer, more confident, and proud of themselves!
