Hello, Guys! 👋

Hi! I’m Shriya :)) I graduated from Glenunga International High School in 2021 and received a raw ATAR of 99.60 (scaled 99.95), providing me with the opportunity to study medicine in Queensland.

Having gone through the challenges of getting into a competitive degree, I know how overwhelming and daunting high school can seem. But, with the right support and guidance it definitely doesn’t have to be. I personally got tutored in high school and found it to be so valuable. The 1-on-1 connection you build with your tutor can offer a much more personalised learning experience than what’s possible in a classroom filled with students. In the past two years of tutoring, I’ve learnt the importance of working with students to understand their unique needs– whether that being to understand tricky concepts, improving study habits and building confidence, or fine-tuning skills to secure those crucial marks – and developing a plan of how to best help them achieve this.

In my tutoring lessons, not only do I share strategies that helped me succeed, but I provide a bank of resources (including detailed notes, past exam questions + practice papers + worksheets) and examples of my own assessments! I’m also available outside of contact hours if you have any last minute questions about tests or assignments.
