Hello, I'm Olly! I tutor in the Eastern Suburbs Sydney area for High School and HSC English, History, Visual Arts, and Music.
I absolutely love English and history, and would love to share my knowledge with students who need assistance personalising their work. I am passionate about the student voice in all written works as a form of artistic and self-expression. Bringing experience, personal understanding, and (sometimes) a little bit of humour to your English and history studies can greatly elevate a piece to Band 6 potential. Beyond my academic success in my HSC, I continue to study English and history in my free time. I read and write for leisure, posting articles to my personal blog and keeping up-to-date on current philosophical, historiographical, and literary discourse. I am well-immersed in critical theory, diverse art and historical periods, and different forms of media, and would love to bring such discussion to essays, creative pieces and more!
