After graduating from Christ Church Grammar School, I pursued a Bachelor of Science majoring in Physiology at the University of Western Australia. Furthering my studies, I achieved a first-class honours in Biomedical Science for my research in hearing loss.

I took some time off after graduating to explore my passion for sound engineering and music production, where I was provided the incredible opportunity to work at one of WA's top recording studios.
However, the COVID-19 pandemic redirected my career, leading me to work as a research officer at the Ear Science Institute Australia. There, I focused on research related to hearing loss and cognitive impairment. Working alongside world-class researchers and contributing to their published works has been an immensely gratifying and enriching experience which I am truly grateful for.
Now, I reside in the ACT where I am pursuing my Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, Medicinae ac Chirurgiae Doctoranda (MChD). I hope that my roundabout way into medicine may serve as an example of how dreams can be achieved even through unconventional pathways, and that each student's journey is unique and wonderful.
