Hello, Guys! 👋

Hi there! My name is Hayley and I'm one of the tutors at KIS academics. I've always really loved learning and that comes out in the way I teach. I achieved a 99.9 ATAR and graduated as Dux Proximus and Senior Prefect of Haileybury College and so had very high study scores in all my subjects - including French, Latin, Biology, Chemistry, English and Mathematical Methods. I was often helping others at school and only further developed those skills tutoring French after I graduated. I’m good at helping students not just learn difficult concepts but find motivation to learn more about a subject rather than just rote memorising facts.  I am also studying medicine at Monash University and am involved in research projects in neurosurgery and emergency medicine, and I think it’s fair to say I’m pretty obsessed with medicine. I'm glad to now be in a place where it's socially acceptable to be watching surgeries in my free time :D I also enjoy reading, playing the piano, and cuddling my black cat Hades in my spare time.
