Hayden
Hey! My name is Hayden Li, and I am a recent graduate of Melbourne High School. I achieved an ATAR of 98.60 and was the DUX of Psychology at Melbourne High School in 2024. Currently, I am studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at ACU and am passionate about working with children with special needs.
In Year 12, I worked as a primary school tutor while balancing extracurricular activities, a social life, studying, and NEVER missing eight hours of sleep a night. Through this, I developed efficient, subject-specific study techniques for General Maths and Psychology to maximize scores while minimizing study time. My tutoring is tailored to each student's individual needs and goals—whether that means revising difficult content missed in school or pushing for those 40+ study scores.
I also have extensive experience working with younger students with a variety of goals. My lessons follow a structured yet engaging curriculum designed specifically for each student. Whether it's catching up on missed topics, reviewing challenging content, doing extension work, or preparing for NAPLAN, scholarship tests, or selective school exams, I adapt my teaching to meet their needs. Outside of academics, I love creating art, gaming, and catching up with friends.
