Hi, I'm Dennis Jacob but I've been known by many names during highschool (Dennis the Menace, Denisovich, Dennie, and simply Jacob). I went to Servite College in WA and graduated DUX with an ATAR of 99.35. While I got good marks in most of my subjects, competence in tutoring mainly derives from an ability to explain concepts effectively. Through my Catholic education, compassion, diligence, resilience, and patience were instilled in me. To be honest, during all the masses and Religious Education classes, I could barely stay awake but they provided me with invaluable assets that are crucial for a tutor. Prior to Year 10, I participated in many extra-curriculars, such as: chess, soccer and badminton. However, in the final two years of highschool, the significance of these years for my future became apparent and I studied much harder. I will ensure that my students will not only understand how important highschool is but will also maintain a healthy work-life balance. I am currently studying a Combined Bachelor and Masters of Frontier Physics - Medical Physics at UWA, starting in March, 2026.
