Hi~ I'm Ziyi (everyone calls me Emma though). I’m currently studying Bachelor of Commerce (with some math courses on the side) at the University of Melbourne after graduating with a 99.3 ATAR and being awarded a Commerce Scholarship.
Having experienced the chaos of year 12 with 6 subjects—maths specialist, maths methods, human bio, french and economics with extracurriculars on the table, though it was a difficult ride, I survived and enjoyed (most of) the experience. Because of this, I learnt many valuable study tips and tricks throughout my high school years that I will definitely pass onto you!
As a tutor, my aim is to make you feel the best throughout your schooling (no matter which year level) and support you in achieving your academic goals. Though rote learning a subject has always been an option, I want to make sure you understand the topic and help fill in the gaps so you can confidently apply your knowledge to other questions (and get those marks!). My lessons will be personalised to your learning style, pace and schedule, with lots of past paper test/exam questions and detailed explanations- so no stress in that regard.
