Hi! My name is Vithara and I remember what it was like to be struggling at school. Whether it was just trying to grasp the foundational concepts or aiming for the top marks, I wished there was someone to guide me with their expertise. After putting in countless hours and dedication, I am here to be that person for you!

I approach tutoring by breaking down large concepts into smaller more digestible pieces of information, which will help you/your child excel and achieve their academic goals in maths, english and psychology. I focus on adjusting my teaching styles to your needs, and aim to work with your strengths not against them. This is often overlooked in schools. For example, if you work well with visual materials, we’ll aim to include more graphs and diagrams to consolidate your knowledge.

Being a university psychology student my self, with hands on experience working as a receptionist in an allied health clinic and completing an internship, I will provide you/your child with rich knowledge that they can use to extend and challenge them in their studies. This additional insight into the discipline will be advantageous, especially within VCE. Having completed VCE psychology, I know the differences between a good and a great psychology written responses, and will guide you to excellence in this subject.

On top of tangible knowledge and expertise, I will be sharing study/productivity tips that I have gained over the years, to help you/your child consolidate and approach their academics with efficiency.

Outside of my academics, I enjoy spending time with my friends, going to the beach, baking and doing art and crafts. It’s important to take regular breaks from your studies and to indulge in your hobbies.
