Hi, my name is Tiana!!

I truly believe you can do it all - and do it all well.

I know firsthand how overwhelming and fast-paced high school can be, especially when balancing academics with the pressures of everyday life. Having lived, survived and thrived through it, my top priority is to see you succeed in all of your academic goals.

I am currently studying a dual degree of Business Management and Communications at the University of Queensland. During my senior year of high school, I served as College Captain, graduated as Dux Proxime Accessit, was the school's Dux of English, English Literature and Modern History, and entered externals with full marks on four out of my six subjects. I was able to achieve this through learning how to work hard and work smart - a discipline I am very thankful for and want to share with you!

I also know how much a difference the right tutor can make. My tutors truly changed my high school experience and the way I approached learning. It is my firm belief that learning isn't one-size-fits-all, it's a unique experience that must be tailored to each individual's strengths and attributes. My top priority is helping you feel confident in every topic and assignment - explaining it as many times and in as many ways as you need.

All in all, I am a big believer in balance: not sacrificing fun to see high results. I graduated with the College's Best All Rounder Award. I filled my life with debating, netball, soccer, athletics and endless camps. I also truly enjoyed being a lead in my high school musical (a gangster in disguise as a pastry chef), leading fundraising events and introducing an Arts carnival.

Ultimately, as your tutor I want to ease the pressure you're feeling, and help you reach your greatest academic dreams.
