Hello, Guys! 👋
Hi! I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) at UWA. I finished high school with an ATAR of 98.80 and received a Subject Certificate of Excellence in Mathematics Applications along with a Certificate of Merit. These results came from learning how to study consistently and efficiently, rather than trying to do everything at once or aiming for perfection.
When I tutor, I focus on making things clear and manageable. I try to explain concepts in a straightforward way, take time to work through problems step by step, and help students understand where marks come from in assessments. I know school can feel overwhelming at times, so I aim to create a relaxed, supportive environment where questions are encouraged, and mistakes are part of the process.
Outside of tutoring and uni, I’m both a surf lifesaver and a surf lifesaving trainer. These roles have taught me patience, responsibility, and how important clear communication is, especially when people are learning new skills. I’m also into photography, which I enjoy as a creative outlet and a way to slow down outside of study.
I understand how important balance is during high school, and I try to help students improve without adding unnecessary pressure. If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, feel free to reach out — I’d love to chat, learn a bit about your goals, and see how we can work together.
