Hi everyone! My name is Suyeon, and I am very excited to support you through your academic journey.
During high school, I was in university-extended classes while also volunteering, working, travelling, mentoring students, and making social commitments. This required me to pick up time management and organisational skills. As a result, I was able to study efficiently and receive accolades like the SA Governor’s Excellence Award and Ampol Best Rounder Award.
I think studying can be overwhelming at times - my exact aim is to help students navigate through challenges and feel more confident. I am here to assist you in finding the balance and unpacking tricky concepts by prioritising what works for you. No concerns if you don’t understand new concepts; it’s a matter of approaching from different angles that are tailored to you to maximise your ability and find your learning styles.
Outside of tutoring, I am studying a double degree in Bachelor of Clinical Science/Doctor of Medicine at Flinders University to work towards my dream of becoming a cardiothoracic surgeon. I enjoy going out to concerts with my friends, explore new cafes, and I love just chilling with my cat and family at home.
