Hi! My name is Sophie and I am currently studying a Doctor of Medicine (Chancellor's Scholars) at the University of Melbourne.
I graduated with an ATAR 99.95 from Townsville, and since then, I have continued to enjoy my learning journey. My philosophy is that a love of learning needs to be nurtured in students, and that tutors and teachers have a massive influence over this. If you or your child would like some extra support with their learning, I would love to help out by providing engaging and intriguing lessons. Most importantly, I will tailor these to your learning style to help you gain the best understanding of course material.
I have been tutoring students for the last three years, I have certainly learnt how to explain material in many different ways to generate the best outcome for a student. Aside from tutoring and my studies, I really enjoy long-distance running and playing the Cello. As a tutor, I hope to help support my students in creating a work-life balance, while performing at the highest academic level.
Coming from a regional city, It was difficult to understand how to best approach my studies with limited resources. I am here to pass on my simplified resources and knowledge about the syllabus to you.
