Rosie
Hi there, I’m Rosie! I’m currently studying Law and Environmental Science, but not too long ago I was an ATAR student too! As a result, I understand the ins and outs of the course, and the exam and study strategies that will have you achieving competitive results.
My enthusiasm for tutoring started in Year Ten, when I began to tutor both primary school and lower school students. I found it so rewarding to see my students grasp new concepts, that initially felt out of reach, after only a few sessions of tutoring. Since then, I’ve tutored both lower school and upper school students, supporting them to achieve their academic goals.
I’m really passionate about our environment, so Biology has always been my favourite subject, which was reflected in my results as I received the Biology award in both Year 11 and 12 and graduated with a 92% score in the top percentile. My dream is to work in France one day, so through a lot of hard work I achieved a 96% in my final French ATAR speaking exam. I also love Literature and Modern History, and ultimately I was awarded the Curtin Excellence Scholarship thanks to the culmination of these scores.
As a tutor, I’ll tailor my lessons to your unique learning style and needs, and centre them around not only content but also the strategies to get the highest possible results from ATAR markers. In my spare time, you’ll find me walking my puppy at the park or enjoying a sweet treat with friends.
