Riman
Hi, I'm Riman! I graduated as Dux of The Glennie School with an ATAR of 99.40, and I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences at UniSQ with provisional entry into UQ Medicine.
During Year 12, I maintained top marks in all my subjects, receiving multiple subject awards and the ADF award for Innovation in STEM, whilst also sitting the UCAT and achieving a score within the 95th percentile.
In addition to my academic achievements, I also had the privilege of being Academic Captain during Year 12. Balancing this leadership role with my studies was a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience. I found that it not only helped me gain an insane amount of personal growth, but also taught me to prioritize tasks and stay organized; skills that I’m eager to share.
I understand that high school can be a stressful and overwhelming time, but I also believe that with the right approach, every student has the potential to do well. My own success was not just the result of hard work, but of developing effective study strategies that allowed me to manage my time well, stay organized, and actually understand the material. I found that achieving balance between study and other (more enjoyable) things was key to maintaining both my academic performance and mental well-being.
As a tutor, I’m committed to helping you find a routine that works for you while maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your academic journey!
