Hi everyone! My name is Parsa Norouzi, I am an incoming first year Medical Student at Monash University. I graduated from the selective school Melbourne High School last year with a 99+ ATAR, a raw 44 English study score, as well as a raw 43 Maths Methods study score. I am offering VCE English 3/4, VCE Maths Methods 1/2 + 3/4, Primary School and Y7-10 Maths, as well as Medical Mini Interview (MMI) tutoring.
What types of classes do I offer?
1-on-1 classes online (90 min for English and Maths Methods, 60 min for Primary and Secondary Maths)
Small groups (3-5 students) classes online (bring your friends!) (90 min for English and Maths Methods, 60 min for Primary and Secondary Maths)
1-on-1 full MMI mocks + detailed feedback (total around 2 hours)
What is my approach to tutoring?
My tutoring is designed so that I not only teach and guide students through the extensive content of the respective subjects, but I serve as an overall mentor to the students, giving them adequate support regarding things like how to study effectively, how to manage their time, and giving any advice about things like uni applications if required.
Another main aim of my tutoring is to nurture my students’ interest in their respective subjects through making lessons as interactive and personalised as possible, because high consistency and high results are easier to achieve when you enjoy what you learn.
What resources do I offer in my tutoring?
By tutoring with me, you will get access to:

MMI Tutoring
I will also run MMI tutoring for any medical school applicants from mid October to late January
My services include:
- Introductory lessons to help students understand how to begin preparation for the MMI
- On-demand full mocks to simulate the real interview setting, with detailed feedback + sample responses
- Exposure to high-yield scenarios to prepare students for the separator scenarios in the real interview
My MMI tutoring is mainly catered for Monash University’s MMI style, but I am also able to help students prepare for other Australian universities’ MMIs
