Hi, I’m Matt 👋

I graduated from Anglican Church Grammar School in 2024 and am currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering at The University of Queensland.

The subjects I am most passionate about are Physics (97), Engineering (96), and Specialist Mathematics (94).

Throughout high school, I enjoyed tutoring my friends, who ranged from students trying their best to pass, to other top students trying to refine their knowledge or seeking help with particularly challenging topics. I am capable of tutoring students of all abilities, and I can help you improve your performance, whether you are a C student aiming for a B, or an A student aiming for top marks.

I specialise in making complex topics more digestible for students by breaking them down into their key components. I also specialise in helping students develop strategies for remembering critical information required for their exams. While studying for my internal and external exams, I developed some very effective methods for retaining knowledge, which I will happily share with the students that I tutor.

Outside of school, I enjoy playing basketball with my friends as part of a U21 Div1 basketball competition. I also enjoy going out with my mates, especially when we go bowling.
