Hello, Guys! 👋

Hi, I'm Jess. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Applied Psychology and Sociology at university, and I have had years of online tutoring experience in both English and French, predominately for secondary school students.

I adored studying English and French in secondary school, achieving first place in my high school cohort English Extension 1 and French classes in Years 11 and 12. I would love to be able to share my passion for these subjects with others and encourage greater enjoyment in both English and French.

I love being able to mentor students throughout their academic journeys, and I am extremely passionate about helping students to achieve their personal and academic goals. I always strive to enhance their self-confidence, realise their intellectual potentials and refine their subject skills, ranging from essay writing, textual analysis and innovative thinking in English, to listening, reading, writing and speaking competency in French- valuable skills that should transcend their secondary school experiences.

I also ensure that I provide an individualised, unique teaching style to accommodate the learning styles and needs of every student, and thereby prioritise student growth, development and success.

In my spare time, I love reading classic books and spending time with my two dogs.
