Hello, Guys! 👋

Hello! My name is Jason Lin, and I am a student at UNSW studying a Bachelors in Advanced Mathematics (honors) / Computer Science.

I graduated from Sydney Boys High School with an ATAR of 98.25, with a score of 99 in Maths Extension 1 as well as band 6’s in Maths Extension 2, Chemistry, and Physics. I have also achieved consistent high distinctions and distinctions in the Australian Mathematics Competition as well as the International Chemistry Quiz.

In my tutoring sessions, I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs. I employ a variety of teaching methods to make complex concepts more accessible and enjoyable. I have a strong passion for STEM subjects and I love sharing that enthusiasm with others. My goal is to spark your curiosity and help you truly understand these subjects, moving beyond the basics to appreciate their fascinating details.

Beyond academics, I believe in fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills that benefit students throughout their educational journey and beyond. I am committed to maintaining open communication with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to each student's success.

Nowadays I spend my time studying at university, gaming, or at the gym or on the courts hooping with my friends.
