Hi there!! My name is Ciaan. Although I love to learn, I also understand how tricky it is to consistently achieve good grades. Whilst I continually value giving my all, I have since learnt to manage some of the academic pressures that we can put on ourselves. I hope to share this knowledge with you and make your studies not only manageable but enjoyable as well!
I graduated as the Proxime Accessit of my high school, achieving a 99.5 ATAR. I really enjoyed my science subjects, specifically Psychology, Human Biology and Chemistry, finishing with a Subject Certificate of Excellence in Psychology.
Some areas that I can help you with 😁 : ✏️ Understanding the content - this is the first step! I love to get to know my students and their learning styles so that I can best explain the concept in a way that makes sense to you! ✅ What the markers are looking for - marking keys can be tricky! ATAR subjects are often quite specific in what they are looking for; so having the right structure and terminology can make a big difference. 📚 Getting on top of tests and assignments - I know that school can be OVERWHELMING at times. Luckily, I have many tips and tricks; whether it be time management, procrastination, or test anxiety - we are sure to find something that works for you!
A little bit about me - I am very creative, so you'll often find me painting, sewing or stuck into any other craft project! Currently, I am studying a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. If not studying, you'll find me walking my dog and hanging out with friends, always listening to some good tunes.
