Hello, Guys! 👋

Hi! I’m Avinesh, and I’m currently studying Actuarial Science at Curtin University.

My mission is to make sure you go through school without making the same mistakes many, including myself have.

Like many, I was overwhelmed with studies and countless commitments in high school. But being the overachiever I was, I couldn’t seem to drop any of them. Instead, I resorted to unique strategies to not only boost my grades, but also graduate as a school prefect with multiple awards in academics, leadership, and volunteering.

Throughout high school, many of my peers and I found studying incredibly tough. Despite having a keen interest in maths, there were always obstacles that affected the experience.

It was through my tutoring experience that I realised that not only am my best subject for tutoring was math, but also that all students require an individualised approach to learning. Some require a formal structured plan, while some need a more casual and flexible one.

I’ve worked with countless students in the past, primary and secondary, short-term and long-term, struggling and excelling, and have found that developing dynamic plans with great mentorship will almost always help them reach their goals, academic or not.

Outside of my Actuarial degree, I split my time between my university clubs, eagerly watching my stock portfolio, and catching up with friends for some sport, video games, or car shows.
