Hi! I'm Aine Rea, and I'll be studying the Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) at UWA, majoring in History and English and Literary Studies. For those of you that would like guidance in ATAR Literature or ATAR Modern History, I am more than able and willing to help out! I scored in the top 0.5% of the WACE Exam for Modern History, and have been selling my soul to literature (out of love) for the past several years.

As a tutor, I'll target our lessons towards your particular needs, goals and requirements. We can work on areas of weakness or confusion, but also build on your strengths! We'll work systematically through the curriculum, and work through past ATAR exams so that you're best prepared for your own. I'll also be able to help breakdown texts you're studying in Literature, and identify assessment requirements. For those studying Modern History - I'm familiar with how the syllabus and exam structure has changed since I graduated.

For Primary English, we’ll introduce/revise grammar, punctuation, sentence structure and essay structure to enrich in-school learning and prepare for NAPLAN. In Lower School English, we can chat about analysing texts, using short comprehension and essay structures, and whatever else you might need.

Outside of academics and work, I'm interested in writing, reading and painting, as well as spending time with my loved ones, and have a dangerously long reading list!
