Siyan

Hey there, my name is Siyan, and I would love to work with you! I graduated from Penrith Selective High School with a 99.7 ATAR, and achieved a 3340 UCAT. I am currently studying a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Newcastle, and I have been tutoring for almost 3 years now.

With the right help, and some lovely tutors I did grow to enjoy high school, have a genuine passion for my subjects, maths and chemistry in particular, bringing me to where I am today. Now my goal is to pass this onto you- as an encouraging tutor who can provide 24/7 support. I know each student is unique and so is my teaching- which is why all my lessons will be tailored to you and your goals, whatever they may be! I also understand that year 12 throws a lot at you to learn and memorise, so my lessons will involve breaking down complex ideas into simple bits you can easily understand, and finally putting all the pieces together to get a comprehensive understanding of the whole topic. I also teach exam techniques and study strategies, so you can learn all the content, without having to spend all day at a desk!
