Meet Kye-Ann, the KIS Academics Sales Manager 👋
Kye-Ann was our first hire for the KIS Academics Sales Team, and we chose her from a pool of 40 competitive applicants.
Within her first month on the KIS Team, we trained Kye-Ann one-on-one from zero to hero on KIS' sales and onboarding process for new students until she mastered it and had practiced a few times.
In her second month, Kye-Ann was talking to prospective customers across Australia and helping them match with tutors with an astoundingly high rate of success.
In her third month, we started to help Kye-Ann build out the sales team and hire more people.
We're in her fourth month now...
I guess what we're saying is, there's a lot of room to grow, and grow fast.
