Hi, nice to meet you!! I’m Freya, and I believe that a good tutor doesn’t just teach the material – they create a space for you to learn, grow, and engage with the the content in a way that makes it enjoyable and really stick. My goal is to help guide you through your academic journey and make sure you not only succeed but enjoy the process along the way! A little bit about me – I graduated from SCEGGS Darlinghurst in 2024, and I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at ANU. Personally, I really loved high school, and spent much of my free time juggling hobbies, extracurricular activities, team sports, as well as spending time with friends and family - something I was able to achieve by finding my own strategies to grasp and remember complex ideas and topics. I want to share with you my techniques, as well as teaching you to find your own style of learning so you can feel more confident in your studies and achieve your best possible marks (and regain as much free time as possible!!) Through my tutoring experience with students from Years 5-10, I’ve come to appreciate how important it is to adjust teaching methods to suit each student’s unique learning style. On top of my studies, I also have a Diploma of Communications from the Australian Speech and Communications Association, so I’m equipped to communicate in a way that connects with each individual student.
