Riley

Hello! My name is Riley and I am studying a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne. I have been tutoring since March 2024 and have really enjoyed helping people with their learning. I love learning whether it be discussing an English text, conversing in French, improvising in Drama or puzzling over History. I have spent the last year tutoring both younger and higher-grade students which has been great in helping me expand my tutoring capabilities. I am a big language nerd, having learnt French since Prep, recently started Russian at university and learning Italian in my own time. I am always interested in discussing random language features, countries, their cultures, their history or their politics. I take subjects on French, Russian, History and Politics at university. I participated in quite a few school productions and in the choirs at school which allowed for me to expand my friendship groups at school and have some fun, even in the stressful time of Year 12! I am all for having a well-rounded high school experience and completely ready to discuss how to juggle leadership, productions, choir and receiving good results if needed. In my free time, I love to watch Eurovision, pat my old, round, cranky, white cat and go caravanning.
