Hello, Guys! 👋

Hi there! My name is Pooja and I am here to make your VCE experience less daunting and more exciting! I graduated with an ATAR of 97.35 and a study score of 47 in VCE Literature! I absolutely loved the subject, but after undertaking it, understood how painfully gruelling it can be to study. So, here I am to make your experience an enjoyable one!

Throughout my time in Year 12, I made sure to study efficiently for the subject and to be flexible!! I made sure to always do the reading required for all units at least 1 month prior to commencement and write many practice essays (I wrote 1 per week for reference)! I was efficient with my study, breaking up my time between re-reading the texts for study and extra material with play adaptations to supplement my learning and keep myself engaged! After having great success with the subject, I thought about how daunting it can be to study Literature and how it can sometimes be seen as a difficult subject. Wanting to remove this fear that a lot of students have when studying Literature, I decided to tutor!

Additionally, I love working with younger year levels to help them out academically and have decided to take on Math, English and Sciences for year 1-10!

Currently, I am studying Medicine at Monash University, and I break up my time between study by playing piano, painting, and being the avid Literature enthusiast I am, reading!
