Hi! I'm Martin. I graduated from Sydney Grammar School as an HSC All Rounder with an ATAR of 99.15. I have just graduated with my Bachelor of Health Sceince at ANU, and am starting a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery at ANU in 2026. I have also received offers to study medicine at JCU in QLD, as well as a range of scholarships to study interstate.
- My school environment was very competitive, but I managed to maintain myself in the top echelon of students whilst doing a wide range of co-curricular activities. - As such, I am a strong believer in maintaining good marks/grades whilst balancing these out with a diverse range of extra-curricular activities through good time management. - I will help those striving to be good "all-round students" - those wanting to do well and push themselves in each and every one of their subjects.
ENGLISH My process revolves around consistent practice, and thorough feedback for assessment style questions. - An emphasis on critical thinking and strong analysis on texts. - Providing detailed feedback to all practice/assessment style questions. - Encouraging consistent practice to improve on short answer/essay skills.
MATHS: My process is simple, but effective:
- Breaking down the syllabus into simpler, more understandable chunks.
- Explaining and clarifying concepts, helping you answer entry level to harder questions.
- Ask any question inside and outside of class!
- Access to a wide range of past papers and practice questions
- Helping you manage and plan your time effectively.
GEOGRAPHY:
- I am offering high quality and condensed notes, essay reviewing and any help with short answer/skills.
CHEMISTRY
- In-depth and clear explanations of content from the syllabus, to help develop an intuitive understanding of concepts.
- An emphasis on utilising practice questions to reinforce and solidify conceptual understanding through application.
- Practicing exam/assessment style questions to help develop proper exam and study technique.
