Hello, Guys! 👋

Hello!! I am Esther, currently studying medicine at UNSW Sydney.

I completed Year 12 at an IB school in Singapore, receiving the subject prize for top of cohort for Theory of Knowledge and Chinese B in Year 11.

I am incredibly passionate about teaching the IB syllabus, and throughout my IB days, made an intentional effort to be as efficient as I could with learning new concepts, reading and researching outside the syllabus and excelling in assignments and other coursework. I strongly believe in breaking down abstract concepts into frameworks and simple ways of understanding to better be able to apply them to the relevant subject but also understanding it in daily life. As a current medicine student, memorising is definitely NOT the way to studying for biology/chemistry! - and I am super keen to impart effective study strategies to help you not just excel in the subject but find a genuine interest and spark in the content you pile through.

In my free time you can find me exploring new scenery and mountains while hiking, having quality 3 hour conversations, or picking up a good read on rainy days.
