Hi! I’m a Primary Education graduate with a High Distinction average, passionate about helping children not just improve academically, but genuinely enjoy learning and feel confident in their abilities. I was awarded a scholarship to attend university and consistently achieved top grades in my teaching placements, giving me a strong foundation in both theory and real classroom practice.
I’m a calm, patient and approachable tutor, and I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and giving things a go. My teaching style is centred around breaking concepts down into clear, manageable steps, then gradually building independence so students feel confident working things out on their own.
I take the time to understand how each child learns best and adapt my approach to suit them. For me, it’s not just about getting the right answers — it’s about helping students feel proud of their progress and genuinely enjoy learning. When confidence grows, everything else tends to fall into place.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy staying active through running, swimming, netball and tennis, as well as travelling and exploring new places.
