Hello! I’m Sophie 😊

I graduated from Fairholme College as Dux of the School with a 99.95 ATAR, with a score of 100 in physics. Currently, I am studying Medicine at Monash University!

As a tutor, I’m all about teamwork: we will work together to achieve every academic goal you might have, while making the learning journey both rewarding and enjoyable. I love to take learning to the next level, focusing on understanding, so you can ace those tricky questions. From my own schooling years, I have unlocked all the tips and tricks you need to master your exams and assignments.

Juggling my academics with an assortment of extracurricular activities (anything from debating to choir to futsal) has taught me the art of efficient studying. I’m keen to share my tried and tested studying methods with you to foster a love of learning that will last a lifetime. My experience with volunteering at a local tutoring organisation has honed my empathy, patience and communication skills, and I can effectively explain complex concepts in a way that’s personal to you, so it really clicks.

I was very passionate and curious about all of my subjects at school, which means I absolutely loved researching and learning more about the content beyond the syllabus. My comprehensive understanding of my subjects will help me answer all your questions and empower you to flourish as a student. Also, I really do understand how stressful school can be, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Academics aside, I am an avid reader, and I love playing the piano, along with soccer and cricket, and I could never say no to brunch with my friends.
