Throughout high school, I loved mentoring younger students, and that's what inspired me to become a tutor. One of my favourite things is seeing that "lightbulb moment" when something that once seemed confusing suddenly makes sense! I know that everyone learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to the student, whether that's simplifying tricky concepts, building confidence, or sharing study techniques that actually work.
My tutoring style is patient, encouraging, and interactive. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions (there are no silly ones!), making mistakes and enjoying the learning process. Having recently graduated from high school myself, I understand how stressful assignments and exams can be, so I also love sharing practical tips that helped me stay organised and study more effectively.
