Hi, I'm Isabella! I am currently attending UNSW in Sydney, studying Advanced Computer Science (Honours). I achieved a raw 50 in English and I’m passionate about helping students not just improve their results, but actually understand what they’re learning and feel confident doing it. My approach is structured, supportive, and always tailored to the individual student. I’ve always believed in the philosophy of “work smarter not harder” so here’s how I’ll focus on supporting my students, while maintaining a healthy balance of study and social life.

Why me?
I’ve always been an above-average student in English but struggled to crack into the top 10%. Everything changed when I stopped treating English as something to memorise and started understanding it as a skill, learning how to think critically, structure an argument, and express ideas clearly under exam conditions. Once I understood how marks were awarded, my confidence and results improved dramatically. .I’m also a bit of a research nerd so be assured that I will be reading every scholarly article for my own enjoyment and providing you with all my key takeaways. After all, who better to learn from than the experts?
