Hello, Guys! 👋
Hi guys!
My name is Gregory (but you can call me Greg), and I’m a tutor in English, French and Global Politics at KIS Academics.
I graduated from Haileybury College with an ATAR of 99.35 in VCE (top 0.65% in the state), and raw scores 48 in English, 45 in French and 46 in Global Politics. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne (majoring in Politics and International Studies) and a Diploma in French Studies, so I'm truly passionate about the subjects that I tutor.
Throughout high school, I realised that doing well isn’t just about intelligence or hours spent studying; it’s about finding the methods that actually work for you. For a long time, I was working hard but not always efficiently. Once I figured out how I personally learn best, everything clicked! My confidence grew, my writing sharpened, and my results followed. That’s exactly what I want for my students.
I’m here to help you discover how you learn and understand content most effectively, because everyone learns differently. My sessions are energetic, structured and completely personalised. Whether it’s refining essay structure, mastering argument analysis, preparing for French orals, or developing exam strategy, I focus on building both skill and confidence.
I’ve learned a lot through trial and error, and I’m here to pass on the study techniques, organisation systems and exam strategies that actually work, so you can skip the stress and focus on succeeding.
Outside of tutoring, I love travelling, music, reading, going to the gym and pretty much all sports, and I bring that same enthusiasm and discipline into every session.
I’m here to help you get those academic scores you aspire to achieve, and to help you develop a genuine love for what you're learning!
