Hello 👋. My name is Arthur, and I'm currently studying for a Bachelor of Science / Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Sydney.
I graduated from Sydney Boys High School in NSW with an ATAR of 99.85, ranking fifth in my school and scored 95+ in 6 of my HSC subjects. While my HSC journey has been successful, I'm passionate and eager to support future students in their academic endeavours.
For me, my high school goal was to have fun. Not planting my face into a book during every break, nor studying for 6 hours straight in a bedroom. Instead, I spent these hours exploring new experiences and developing a learning routine that nurtured my literary curiosity. Although I wasn't studying as much as my peers, my academic performance consistently matched theirs. While I could talk endlessly about the variety of extra experiences I gained through my hours in community service, sports and ensemble, what I truly want to share from my time in high school is how to study efficiently.
I want to help you understand new materials faster. I want to help you create a study routine optimised for you. But ultimately, I want to help you gain more time to enjoy high school beyond academics.
Subjects I offer: Chemistry, Mathematics (Advanced, Extension 1, Extension 2), Physics
Outside of school, I love trying out new things, such as event planning for city councils. I also enjoy discovering different hobbies. I’ve recently become fascinated by aviation, particularly the diversity of aircraft designs ✈️. I strive for student work-life balance, which is why I emphasise studying smarter, not harder.
